SuperBlocco cares a lot about your privacy. On this page you will find more information about how SuperBlocco handles your personal data and privacy.
During the ordering process, we ask you for a number of personal information, such as your name, address and contact details. We need this information to process your order properly and to provide you with insight into the status of your order.
This personal data ends up in our database. We work with software Shopify and MailBlue for this. These third parties are obliged to take appropriate security measures.
We provide your address and e-mail address to the shipping service to be able to deliver your package and to keep you informed about the status of the shipment by e-mail. The data will only be used for this purpose. We like to work with DHL, but we also use other (foreign) shipping services.
You can create an account in the SuperBlocco shop. The following information is stored in an account: your name, billing address, delivery address and e-mail address. You can also find any previous orders in your account. Creating an account is not mandatory. At SuperBlocco you can also place an order without an account. You then only enter your personal details for processing the order as stated above under 'order'.
Update and emailing
We send updates (=newsletter) and e-mailings in moderation and only on request. In this you will be kept informed of the activities and promotions of SuperBlocco. You can always unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in every update or e-mail.
