Deliveries

The following applies to all products: ordered before 17:00, delivered tomorrow. Do you order Saturday or Sunday? Then you will have the order at home on Tuesday. Of course, in exceptional cases there may be something wrong that means that your order will be delivered a day later, but this is very rare as a rule.

If we do not have the product in stock, the delivery time may increase and we will always state this on the product page. We do our utmost to always have stock in house.

Shipping

The shipping costs are € 2,99 per order.

Returns

Is the product not what you expected? Of course you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6,75 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, it is necessary to return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
